Channel Fireball Developer Day
Crazier Eights: Elysium will be featured on January 12th at the Bay Area’s Developer Day at Channel Fireball (1171 Homestead Rd #170, Santa Clara, CA 95050). This is a future version of Crazier Eights that is still being playtested, and it’s your chance to try the game and help find areas for improvement.

Salinas Comic Con December 15th
James Gray, the designer of Crazier Eights, will be at a convention next Saturday in the Bay Area, Salinas Comic Con (at Hartnell College, the Student Center, 411 Central Avenue Salinas, CA 93901). He will be there around 11 AM until around 6 PM, and it will be a chance to try the games out with the maker!

Shahrzad review on Ninja Truck
Shahrzad was reviewed by by AmyAileen Ramey on Ninja Truck. Her review can be found here. Based on my conversations with her, my impression is that she sees Shahrzad as a very similar to game to One Thousand & One Nights, and she thought that the split cards were a fun addition. She said, “No major thoughts about the difference. I did like the 1/2 card option, it made it more fun.”
